Q: How long does it take to create a bespoke ring?
The process of designing and making a custom engagement or wedding ring can take anywhere between 8-12 weeks, depending on the details and complexities of the design. If you are working to a tighter deadline, please contact me as I would love to help you tell your love story through your wedding jewellery.
Q: I’m interested in a commission, where do I start?
It all starts with you, your idea and your inspiration. Designing your perfect ring shouldn’t be daunting. My step by step guide can be found here. If you have some ideas but don’t know where to start, feel free to contact me.
Q: Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes, absolutely! Your custom ring would be lovingly created and finished in my studio in Ibiza, but I love working with clients all over the world to bring your ideas to life. You can easily arrange a video consultation by contacting me.
Q. How much does a custom wedding ring cost?
The complexity of the design will determine the pricing, but a Lucy Morton Studio bespoke wedding or engagement ring starts at £1500/€1700. Once I am able to discover more about your ideas and inspiration, I will be able to give you a more accurate estimate.
Q: Do you create other types of bespoke jewellery?
Of course. I make all types of wedding jewellery, such as earrings, bracelets & pendants. Let me know if you have any specific requests.
Q: Where do you source your coloured gemstones and diamonds?
I work closely with certified ethical stone dealers to source responsibly mined gems for your bespoke wedding jewellery.
Q: Can you create a ring using a stone or diamond I already own?
Yes. Using a heirloom you already own is a great way of reimagining an old design into something bespoke and meaningful. Get in touch to learn more.
Q: Does my new ring come with a warranty?
During the first year you can have your ring repaired for free for any structural integrity, and replace any diamonds up to 2mm.
Insuring your ring against loss or damage is highly recommended. Please get in touch for help with an appraisal.
Q: What is your return policy?
All bespoke orders are final sale.
