Each custom engagement and wedding ring is lovingly finished in Ibiza at the Lucy Morton Studio. Once finished, if you are in Ibiza, you are able to collect directly from me.

I know that your rings are an incredibly meaningful part of your love story, and so all international orders are fully insured and trackable, sent by DHL 48h delivery. 

When your bespoke order has been dispatched, you will be notified and issued with a tracking number. For your peace of mind, I am contactable at every step of your ring design journey, as well as throughout the delivery period.

All sales taxes are included in your invoice and payment, if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes may be incurred. These are non-refundable.

How Your Order Will Arrive

Each custom is ring hand-packed with care and attention, then sent to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of Lucy Morton Studio on the outside.

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. Your ring will be packaged in a Lucy Morton jewellery box, along with a pouch
